For over 40 years, The Malt Shop Restaurant has been serving up our award winning MALTS and MILK SHAKES, HAMBURGERS, SALADS, SANDWICHES and our own SPECIALTIES to Twin Cities Diners. We have always placed a high value on the quality and value of the food we serve. We make all of our soups and salad dressings from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients. Our hamburgers are made daily from fresh ground beef. We even bake our special cheesecake to complete your meal along with a cup of fresh ground and brewed Morningstar coffee.

And we now serve beer and wine! Find Summit Beer and others on tap, as well as your favorite wine. Nothing else has changed. It's still a place to bring the whole family, only now there are more ways than ever to cool off and quench your thirst at The Malt Shop!

The Malt Shop also caters to the VEGETARIAN DINER with a nice variety of choices such as our own Ratatouille, Spinach and Mushroom Lasagne,and our own Cashew or Black Bean Veggie Burgers.

We haven`t forgotten the kids with our special KID`S MENU featuring over a dozen healthy menu choices plus games to play and our monthly coloring contest.
