Since we first opened for business in 1982, Innsbruck Jewelers has worked for customer satisfaction. From changing a watch battery to custom designing a beautiful piece of unique jewelry, every service is another facet of our business. And since the brilliance of each facet determines the beauty of the entire gem, we accept nothing less than total customer satisfaction with everything we do.
At Innsbruck Jewelers, we see our customers differently than most retailers. They're more than just a transaction, and it shows- our customers become our friends. One comment we hear at Innsbruck Jewelers time and again is "such unique designs." We specialize in unique jewelry. We consistently show many one-of-a-kind, unusual styles, along with the popular favorites. Quality shows in our work such as wider shanks on the bottom of our rings and the sturdier earring back or nut. Just ask our customers and they'll tell you that our IDEAL CUT diamonds will dazzle you and our colored gemstones are some of the nicest you will see.
KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF
Because we handle nearly all aspects of jewelry design, manufacture and repair, we take the guesswork out of your visit to Innsbruck Jewelers. Our staff has an average15 years in the jewelry business - another advantage when in comes to answering your questions and concerns.
REPAIRS ON PREMISES
Another unique aspect of Innsbruck Jewelers is the fact that we do most of our jewelry repairs on premises, allowing for a quick turnaround time. One of our favorite tools is our nearly exclusive microscope/color monitor system, which allows us to show a customer their diamonds or jewelry up close and enlarged. With this tool we can show exactly why a repair is needed, the inclusions or flaws that are unique to each individual gem and take a picture of these flaws to give the customer for future reference.
